Smart. Next time Microsoft calls to tell me I have a virus I will be sure to give them my SS# and the Apple gift cards they ask me to send them now. Thanks!

Thanks for your article. I'm a new "convert" to Manjaro from years on Ubuntu. I found Ubuntu to be getting slower and just not as responsive. Also a lot changed in the 18.04 release such that it felt like a wholly different distro with all these "snap" items showing up in a simple "df -h" listing. I did note the references in older comments below to Antergos and had thought about that version - only to discover that that particular distro has been discontinued. Oops.

I have been with Linux for a while now and I must say that Manjaro is by far the best distro I've ever used. It's simplicity, beauty and not forgetting that shade of green. What's not love about it!

I have really took a liking to Manjaro. It is hard not to, really. Of course, any distro that knocks Linux Mint from the top spot, has to be awesome. Well, it is.

Even though Manjaro simplifies Arch, I think it might be a bit much for a newbie. At least, for a newbie that has just made the switch. I could see where the AUR could get someone less experienced into some hot water.

Manjaro and Antergos both make using Arch much easier, without a doubt, but some experience makes it more enjoyable. Arch is definitely a power users dream, even in a simplified state.
